We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - very close to other touristic attractions and in a beautiful park. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which was a welcome change. The service here was outstanding, from the room service to the car hire and laundry services. The staff were always friendly and polite, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception, as it was convenient for any requests or inquiries we had. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff treated me well, providing helpful assistance whenever needed. I received a free room upgrade and the beds were of good quality. The hotel's location was ideal, avoiding the noise and fake hotel stars in the Taksim area. The receptionists, especially Mr Suhail, were respectful and provided great help.
